  • Graphic design, web design, and multimedia skills:
  • Expertise in graphics creation, manipulation, and layout. Highly skilled with relevant software packages (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, and InDesign; Corel Painter; QuarkXPress). Extensive experience using graphics tablets for image creation and manipulation.
  • Expertise in web design, including solid grasp of information design principles. Highly skilled with relevant software packages and concepts (e.g. Macromedia Dreamweaver, HTML & CSS fluency).
  • Moderate familiarity with tools for creation of dynamic content (e.g. C++, PHP, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash, Director, and Fireworks).
  • Moderate familiarity with 3D modeling and animation, including experience with relevant software packages (e.g. Alias|Wavefront Maya, SoftImage XSI).

  • Wide variety of highly relevant class assignments/extracurricular projects, including a full corporate identity visual design project, a direct-mail solicitation for a local charity organization, and multiple web design projects.
  • Office Services Supervisor at Green Mountain College, Dec. '04 (Poultney, VT). Oversaw all incoming/outgoing mail, distribution of supplies, and other administrative duties.
  • Collections Coordinator for the Herald Association, Mar. '05 (Rutland, VT). Identified delinquent advertiser accounts in need of attention, opened dialog with customers, and recovered significant past-due balances. Worked independently to organize and streamline the collections process, including the creation of an Access database to facilitate calling and record-keeping.
  • Assistant Colorist, Sto Corp., May - August '05 (Rutland, VT). Duties included color lab tasks (mixing and applying stucco and paint samples, etc.), operation of sample-dispensing machinery, and other tasks as assigned.
